Jim received his B.A. from LaSalle
University.

He began working for the General Electric
Company, first in U.S. Defense - Manufacturing & Production and then in
U.S. Defense - Finance.

GE selected Jim as a "High Potential" and
sent him to the prestigious "General Electric School of Financial
Management" This School is reported to be the best business school in
the world.

Jim is knowledgeable & experienced in all
areas of internal finance & accounting & is an expert in certain areas
of taxation.

He left General Electric to establish The
Berry Group in 1986.

Jim works with both start up and
established businesses.

He often sets up company's financial
computerized systems using QuickBooks for smaller businesses or other
financial software on an as needed basis.

Jim places great emphasis on working with
the client during the year because after 12/31 not as much can be done
to save the client money in taxes. By planning during the year the
client can avoid the "big bill" and the "big surprise" when they do
their taxes.
